The accelerator provide an easy process for new and existing members to sign up and renew their membership subscriptions. It offers a secure self-service Member Portal with your branding surfacing rich content personalised for your members.

We have learnt from a number of client implementations that most Membership Organisations share many common processes relating to customer enquiry & sales through to managing membership packages and billing.

We are proud to offer an all-inclusive design and implementation offer for your Membership Management process. This package allows for the management of the end to end membership acquisition process including capturing detailed applications, storage of relevant documents, membership renewals, marketing, event management and a self-service portal.

Why do people join associations? According to Marketing General, 57% say it’s to network with their peers, while 26% of people want to learn about their industry’s best practices, and 25% want to access specialized information.

A full 38% of associations that experience an increase in member renewal rates offer automatic annual renewal via credit card.

Of associations, 25% say that creating targeted communication boosted member engagement. Another 16% attribute higher member engagement to using deliberate engagement strategies and an increased focus on members, while 13% of associations started, cancelled, or modified events to find that member engagement grew.

Higher member renewal rates are related to how well members recognize an association’s value proposition. Of organizations, 23% claim that higher renewal rates came from clearly identified value propositions, as opposed to associations where the value was unclear.

The price quotes on this page are for delivery services. Additionally, Salesforce subscription license costs apply. Depending on whether you are a not-for-profit organisation or a commercial organisation and the options you choose, the Salesforce license costs will differ. How long does the implementation take?
The membership accelerator can be installed in a day. However, configurations and data specific to your implementation can take anything from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on complexity. 

Is there a cap on how many users can be included in this implementation?
There is no cap on the number of users. The solution fits associations of all sizes.

What if I want a feature that is not included as part of this implementation?
We welcome a discussion on helping build specific features that are not included in the current solution. We will even co-invest in new features that apply to wider audiences.
