Alcohol & Drug Foundation

The Alcohol and Drug Foundation (ADF) is Australia's leading organisation committed to preventing and minimising the harm caused by alcohol and other drugs.

The Challenge

The goal was to move towards a more relationship focused system with clean, reliable data that could be used to show customer journeys and provide a more interactive, personal experience for customers.

The Solution

We cleansed the existing data by introducing workflow rules to automatically format the data, deduped existing duplicates and created rules to alert and prevent new duplicates. We integrated with Mailchimp and Eventbrite so that all their external data was in sync with their Salesforce data. We created a Geomapping App so that they could meet government reporting standards of providing stats on Local Government Area, State Electorate, Federal Electorate and SEIFA Scores. Introduced Contract Management using Conga Composer and Conga Sign. Where users used to manually send out Contracts and populate data, they can now click a button and automatically have relevant data merged and send to the customer to be signed.

The Benefits

The user experience are now seamless and encourage engagement. Metrics around activity logging and case management (policy updates, number of people impacted etc.) are now available to administrators, rather than a pain point to produce. There is no need for spreadsheets with inaccurate customer data. Instead, ADF customers are engaged and their workers more effective.
