More than just a concept
The James Hayes Carpentry Foundation (JHCF) is a concept that allows us to show the full capabilities of the Non Profit Cloud with Grantmaking platform. The foundation is based on the lived experience of one of our directors, Steven Hayes, and his involvement with a community boat building project in Eden on the NSW South Coast.
JHCF runs a complex program that brings year 11 students together with mentors and a shared purpose - to build a small boat in two weeks. Non Profit Cloud provides a suite of tools that support JCHF in managing their program and creating reportable outcomes data that go straight to the heart of what foundations want, namely robust ways to understand the impact of their activities and to innovate better ways to achieve their goals.
